Terms of service

These terms apply when a customer visits doublewallpadel.com or buys products from Double Wall Padel. By using the site or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies referenced here.

Store use

Customers may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchases. Customers may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse store content, submit false information, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Product information and availability

We work to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability. Screen settings and production changes may affect the appearance of colors and details. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by a material error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

A racket may remain available to order when U.S. inventory is zero because it can be fulfilled from our warehouse in Spain. The delivery estimate shown on the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, or shipping notice controls if those estimates differ.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons that include product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment begins.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Standard shipping is included on racket orders. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge for products not covered by the racket shipping offer appear at checkout. Promotions may have separate conditions and may be changed or ended as permitted by law.

Shipping, returns, and warranties

The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Product warranties, when available, are provided under the manufacturer's warranty terms. We do not expand a manufacturer's warranty beyond the coverage the manufacturer provides.

Store content

The store's text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other content belong to Double Wall Padel or their respective owners. Customers may use the content to shop and evaluate products, but may not copy, resell, publish, or commercially exploit it without permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services provided by payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Double Wall Padel is not responsible for an unrelated third party's independent acts or omissions, except as required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Double Wall Padel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer remain in effect.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the store. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
